SHIPPING:
We ship both domestically in Australia and internationally. If the country you are in is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to our the list.
Please allow SPELL up to 5 business days to ship your order. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped. You will also receive an Australian Post Registered Post tracking number.
Domestically we ship using Australia Post registered post (Delivery approximately 1-2 days within NSW, or 2-5 business days elsewhere within Australia). Internationally we ship using Australia Post Registered International Shipping (Delivery between 2-3 weeks depending on country).
If you need your order quickly, please message us for a quote for expedited shipping.
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Once an order has been shipped and email received, SPELL is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping.
SHIPPING TARIFS
Domestic ‘Australia Post registered post’ shipping within Australia $9.50-$11.00AU. International ‘Australia Post registered post’ shipping $32.00AU. Free shipping applies to all orders over $250AU. Shipping may vary slightly depending on size of order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Please make sure you love your purchase before proceeding to checkout, as we can’t offer returns! In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, we will see what we can work out with you, in this instance please contact us. If you decide you’d like to return an item at your own cost we are happy to give you credit/or exchange to the same value (minus original shipping costs) with Spell.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Spell attempts to display all of our products & colours as accurately as possible. All fits, styles, and colors are represented as best as we can.
Spell cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product.
Most items are handmade, therefore they may come with minor flaws or variations in natural materials like feathers or leather (or natural ageing where vintage materials are used). Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Spell believes that the privacy of all personal information is very important. All information collected will be used solely by Spell to conduct our business. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information as necessary.

We run contests on our site/blog in which we may ask for subscription email information and membership. The terms and conditions of each promotion is at the discretion of Spell and is subject to change.

We offer e-newsletters to share content information about our site with interested users. Users may cancel their free email subscriptions by following the simple ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each newsletter or email.
