A special gathering bringing together our Spell community ~ mothers and mothers to-be to celebrate Spell x Bumpsuit.

On a sun-soaked summer’s day, we came together at Le Jardin for a long lunch, honouring motherhood in all its beauty and evolution. Motherhood is an adventure in itself. One best experienced in community and this day was a reflection of our shared belief that women deserve essential pieces that support them to not only move through this chapter, but truly thrive. Pregnancy and beyond should feel supportive, stylish, and deeply empowering.

The afternoon was filled with open conversation and connection … stories shared, belly laughs and a collective appreciation for the pieces worn so effortlessly by everyone in attendance. Fashion became an extension of self: considered, comfortable, and cool, designed to move with women through this powerful chapter of life.

Seeing the capsule styled so individually was especially meaningful. Each woman brought her own energy, story, and expression, reminding us that motherhood is not one narrative, but many all equally worthy of celebration.

Our special guest and Bumpsuit founder, Nicole Trunfio flew in from Texas to celebrate the launch of our collaboration (two years in the making!).

Nicole shared beautiful words on the day, reflecting on how Spell has been with her through so many phases of life and how the pieces she wears become infused with feeling, memory, and energy, woven into her personal journey. That sentiment felt especially meaningful as this marked Bumpsuit’s first brand collaboration, bringing together two worlds united by a shared reverence for women and the seasons they move through.

A day rooted in connection, intention, and community, we came together to honour motherhood in all its beauty.
